Ready for anyting! I never did get an action shot, but I didn't try too hard. We played a double header against Snake River. We lost the first and won the second. Dayna alternates between short stop and left field.

Boy it has been a nice March here in Teton Valley. We almost feel guilty about it because of the snowpack melting so fast. Two Saturdays in a row have been great. I keep thinking I'd like to go skiing one more time if we get some more snow, but this weather has been hard to beat. I mean we've had to use sunscreen at the softball field. Imagine that!

One last picture. Here is Dayna with all her flowers. It was a night to remember, but she is ready to get off the clothes and take the sparkles out of her hair. The two things she has to do as Junior Miss is represent our county in the state pageant in October which is in Couer d'Alene. Also, she has to host the event next year and play a new piano piece. She won about $2,000 in scholarships (we aren't sure), and the portions she won of the competition were: scholarship, panel evaluation, talent, self-expression. Now to get back to regular interests, look for softball pictures up next in the blog. Her first game is on Friday.
