You may be wondering why there is a grand piano in the middle of the floor. The owner of the building doesn't want to move it and Ray has room, so what the heck. I did try play it and it is severely out of tune. There also two bedrooms and two bathrooms in the apartment and a large entry so it is pretty comfortable.
