We think this is some kind of exercise apparatus, but we are still wondering! It is still light at midnight in St. Petersburg. We do think at some point it got dark, but we never did see it. We just had cotton curtains that were tied in a knot to the street and we had to keep the windows open. Tylenol pm was definitely a must!
